Time seems to go so fast.It feels like only yesterday I started primary school and now..
Everyone seem 2 be all over the place..living their own life & achieving their goals..
And sometimes,the friends that you have known since 7 years old,are doing something that you thought they never will..
And also sometimes,the friends you have know since 13 years old,has already gone from your life..you have lost contact with them..
Of course,there are some friends that have not change since the first time you met them and you are still in contact with them..These friends are the best.Unfortunately,they are the minority..Not majority..

Sigh..

Noo,I'm not regretting(wujud ke perkataan ni?) anything..It is just..you know..
Dun you just hate it when what your mother told you become true but, you really disagree with what she said?
My mum said=

"Soon,you will lost contact with all your friends.But,if you do get to reconnect with them,they have changed.They are no longer the people you used to know.You will feel awkward with them.And not long after that,you & ur friends will no longer contact each other.They are busy with their life,and you are with your own life.Soo,make new friends always bcoz if u dun,u will be all alone.All by yourself.."

I scoffed at what she said to me at first but,now..

She is RIGHT.She is right all along..

Guys..where ever you are..I just wanted to say..

And just know that,
Eventhough u probably have 4gotten me,I will always remember you..

The Frog..prince

You are never too old 4 cartoons..
And anyone who oppose that probably have a sad childhood.
Yes,I am harsh to say that but,I can't stand people who think that cartoons are just 4 kids.

Disney is indeed creative.
So far,of all the Disney's movies I watched..None of them disappoint me.
And of course,this NEW Disney movie is very2 enchanting=

Disney make their first black princess & she is beautiful..inside & out.
All Disneys movies will always manage to move me.
And this one is no exception.
For this movie,I give the ratings 5 out of 5.
Yes,it is that GOOD.
I recommend this movie to all.

Innocence..

I met her again today..
I was shocked since she she told that she's never coming back but yet,there she is..
She smiled & said "Perhaps I have made a mistake by leaving you.."
She looked older..wiser..matured..
I told her, "No,it was a wise decision..Go back.."
She smiled again.
She said, "I can't,you know that.I have to stay..I am different now.I am no longer the same person I used to be.This is where I belong."
Eventhough I hated her anwser,I knew she was right.
Sensing my uneasiness,she continued,
"I have become more mellow..dun worry bout it.."
I sighed in defeat & she laughed softly..
I hated her laugh..full of joy as if she have no problems to think about..
Then,she continued again,

"After all,I am what makes you.Without me,you lose urself.."

With that last sentence,
she disappeared..

I suddenly have the urge to tell u about my classmates at ****..
They are the greatest classmates I could ever ask 4,
Of course they have their flaws but,we are only humans..
We make mistakes all the time.. =)

Friends?

Today,I'm in da mood to talk about the many types of friends.
So far,I have encountered variety types of people & friends in my life..
Here are the categories according to my views & opinions=

The BF 4ever.
You are very lucky if you already have this type of friend.There are the type of people that will stay with you through thick & thin.They are also most likely to be accepted by your family as a new found family members.Stay close to these friends of yours & never let go coz they are very2 rare & hard to find.

The Friends.
These people are most likely your acquaintances.They treat you like a BF 4EVER would but,not so over the top.You can rely on them 4 help but,not so often coz they might get annoyed with you.They are great friends,really..

The Parasites.
You are very unfortunate to stumble across these parasites.I am sorry to label them that way but,they are like that.They only become your friends when they are in trouble & need your help.When they are enjoying themselves & have no hardship,they will 4get you.They will also take credits from your hard work when actually,they do NO WORK at all.Readers,plz try not to be very-good-friends with them if you already encounter them.They will suffocate you.

The Backstabbers.
Aha,these are the ultimate avoid-at-all-cost category of friends.They only pretend to be your friends from the start of the friendship & when you are weak & vulnerable..Kapoom!! They stab you from behind.Leaving you all alone to lick your wound..They come in all shapes & sizes and please do not judge a person by its looks.The pretty soft-spoken person you met in class this morning could be the backstabber.Hiding itself in disguise..(hysterical laughter in the background)

The Glue.
Hmm..How should I say about them..they are not terrible friends,lets make that clear.They are good people but,sometimes when you are busy or in a hurry..they will appear out of nowhere & drag you along with them so that,they can ask you if you know any new gossips & tell you about the current news of their life.And..yeah..they kinda stick on you like a glue thus,that's why they are called 'The Glue'.


There are probably more categories but,these are all I know.Maybe I never meet the other categories yet.
Soo,whatever kind of friends you are readers..

Glorious Food..

What would you do when it is raining outside for almost 3 weeks & you are bored stiff?
Well,go & watch a movie then..
That is what I did..and I watched this=

And I wonder why this movie is not showing in Malaysia..yet.
It is a mouth watering movie about how 2 different women who live in different times & have the same passion which is..
FOOD.
Soooo,I'm sure dis movie will pass the malaysia censorship board with flying colours.Correct,yes?
And they have Meryl Streep as one of the main actress..A very2 talented veteran actress..This movie is a gem!

A warning however..you might yearn for delicious food after watching it..

God works in mysterious ways..

I was once soo beaten up that I thought I can never feel any happiness again..
I was kicked in the stomach & my trust was broken so bad that eventhough by using the glue of patience and tending to my wound with new hopes and dreams..
I can already feel that another part of me is gone..the naive part..
Dun mind what 'happened' to me..I'm sure all these experiences that God gave me, was just trying to toughen me up..to show me that life is not what it seems..
I'm okay now..and I'm thankful to have such a wonderful person in my life,my mum..
After listening to my ramblings on how I'm satisfied with my life currently..she just smiled & said,

"Look..how great God is..Once you thought you are going down & never going up again..God surprises you with all these blessings in disguise & you are already recovering and living your life to the fullest..God works in mysterious ways..Anything bad or terrible things that happen to you have a reason behind it..Always remember that.."

And I ponder for a moment and agreed.
Sigh..I have the best mother in the world..



Dun mean to brag but,it's true.. =P

Fancy some salt?

I learned something after a certain incident occured ..
Never judge a group of people b4 you see all of them together interacting in ONE room.
I learned that through a shocking way..
And I still got nightmares from it.

After finishing high school & going through life as a ***-*** student..
I can proudly say that I think I have 'eaten a lot of salt'..
It is not a pleasant experience but,all of us have to go through it..
Coz, ONLY by eating all dat salt..




U will truly know what & how the real life is.


And that 'incident'..
Is quite..
a 'salt'ful to swallow.

I can still taste the saltyness in my mouth..

Summer days..

This is my fav scene from the movie '500 Days of Summer'.Joseph Gordon-Levitt(yeah,da guy who starts dancing first) really can dance..I am amazed..
It is an interesting movie.It is different.Not your usual love story where boy meets girl,boy & girl fell in love and then,live happily ever after..NO,NO..
Da movie is kinda sad but,there are also some adequate humour in it..
Well,I guess this quote from my mum might summurize da whole story=

"It is a love story from the male point of view.."




Go and watch it if u do not watch it yet..you will not be disappointed..
I know dis movie came out in cinemas ages ago but, oh well..

She is also well known for making heartfelt commercials that touches da hearts of many.
Some of her commercials are usually about families in a multiracial community and they are usually aired around festive seasons..
It is no wonder,when she died of a stroke on 23rdJuly dis year..all of us can feel da lost & grief.

Let us enjoy dis commercial dat she had made 4 S'pore and feel da strong message within it=

I just watched this movie=

He is a legend..Seriously,he is da King Of Pop!
2 tell da truth,when I watched da movie..
I never want it to end at all..
It is enjoyable to listen to MJ's songs..
I recommend da movie to all but,only if u are really his fans.

Yup,I am one of his fan.
I have been listening to his songs since..I was born.Thanx 2 my dad.. ;)
Most people asked why I am not listening to songs my age..da truth is I did.
Sometimes.
It's not dat I hate da NOW generation songs..I'm just more into da oldies.
U know,da 80's & 90's songs or in other words da songs u hear on Lite.fm(if u r a malaysian)
I find dat old songs makes more sense and da melodies suits me more.Plus,da singers back then actually got real talents.REAL & RAW talents.Unlike da present singers who wear skimpy clothes & do sexy dance moves to attract fans.B4 u get angry at me,yes,not ALL singers in da present are like dat..just majority of them.
2 me,great singers are da ones dat REALLY got talents & cannot be replace.

This is not just another ordinary books reviews..
These are the books that I find enjoyable to read & being a book geek..
I will be flattered if u check them out..

My fav type of books are the funny ones & also da ones that seem like memoirs..

The first book is 'The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole aged 13&3quarter' by Sue Townsend

This book is mainly about a teenage guy named Adrian Mole who lives in UK & it is written like a diary 2 make da readers feel close to da main character(i think).It is a really hilarious book with the brit humour & how Adrian deal with his life and da people around him..always got me laughing in stitches.

Dis is da second book of da series 'Adrian Mole=The Cappuccino Years'

Dis time,Adrian is his middle 20s..he got married & divorced..trying to get a decent job to support his family & yet,still very funny..

Dis is da last book of da series(if I'm not mistaken),'Adrian Mole and The Weapon of Mass Destruction'

He is already in his 30s & above..still trying to survive but,caught up in a love triangle..Thank goodness,the humour is still there..Da ending?I will not tell u.. =P

2 tell da truth,I forgot how da story goes coz I read it a long time ago.In a nutshell,it is a memoir of a person..being told in a mesmerizing way..

'The Kitchen God's Wife' by Amy Tan

A daughter learned about her mother's past after an incident occured.Totally beautiful 'mother-daughter' story..

'Snow Flower and The Secret Fan' by Lisa See

A story of life between two different girls whose lives are entwine bcoz of a footbinding ritual.A good book to learn more about China in da old days AND footbinding..

'Memoirs Of A Geisha' by Arthur Golden

What can I say?The best memoir of all time..unless u have been living in a cave 4 all dis time,u should at least know what dis book is all about.

'The Rice Mother' by Rani Manicka

Da writer manage to capture da essence of Malaysia during da Japanese occupation & Communist ruling through da eyes of an indian family dat goes on for 3 generations..Totally enchanting..Seriously,if u r a Malaysian,u should check it out..

Well,dats all i guess..
Currently,I'm reading 'Spud The Madness Continues' by John Van De Ruit

So far,it is an awesome & hilarious book but,the jokes are a bit racist..

Sooo,enjoy reading folks!

I love BOOKS.
I really do..
I love walking int0 a bookstore..the bigger the bookstore,the better.
I enjoy seeing all those colourful books in row on their respective shelves..
I find that inhaling the 'aroma' of the books are quite therapeutic..
Caressing each page of a book gives me comfort..
Yup, I feel so at home in a bookstore..

Not only me,my family love books too.
We love going to the bookstore so much dat my parents said,if any of us get seperated or lost(in a mall,occasionally)..
Just find da nearest bookstore and stay there..
Then, help is on da way..He3..
